Lempriere House

In the vibrant heart of St Kilda, we had the privilege of transforming a heritage bungalow into a grand entertainment home. This project seamlessly blends historical charm with modern sophistication, creating a space perfect for both entertaining and everyday living.

The contemporary rear extension features a large, covered terrace that overlooks the garden, fostering a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The new photography studio, clad in long linear brick and topped with translucent cladding, lightens its appearance and adds a striking visual feature.

Key design elements include the integration of indoor-outdoor connections and the thoughtful use of materials that respect the bungalow's heritage while introducing contemporary design touches. Lempriere House stands as a testament to the seamless integration of historical architecture and modern living.
