Third House

Third House is a single-storey rear extension and renovation project in Parkdale. This project aims to reconfigure the existing floor layout to suit modern lifestyles, breathing new life into the home.

The design incorporates a thoughtful selection of materials to create a harmonious blend of old and new. Dark-coloured slim bricks and spotted gum cladding will juxtapose with the existing light-coloured brick walls, adding a contemporary touch while respecting the original character of the house.

Third House is set to transform into a modern, functional living space that seamlessly integrates contemporary design elements with the existing structure, providing a stylish and cohesive living environment.
