A radical refurbishment and basement addition in North Kew led to the demolition and rebuild of a large house, preserving only the street frontage. The new basement includes a gym, entertainment room, utility, wine cellar, and boiler room. The redesigned home features a modern ground floor extension, four first-floor bedrooms, and two loft bedrooms while maintaining the 1930s architectural style.
